The Bay Terrace Community Alliance is a neighborhood coalition of concerned citizens committed to preserving our quality of life.
Formed in 1999, the Bay Terrace Community Alliance (BTCA) now represents 5,000 households in Northeast Queens.
Civic
groups serve as a buffer protecting the communities they represent from
the sometimes ill-advised actions of governmental agencies, elected
officials and developers. Organizations such as the Bay Terrace
Community Alliance provide public review of all matters affecting their
communities.
The Bay Terrace Community Alliance will always have the resolve, courage & commitment to meet the tough issues head-on.
